You must be at least 13 years old to use ZenScroll. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at the email below if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree that you will not:

• Post, share, or generate content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes on the rights of others.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use the Service to send spam, scams, or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Scrape, copy, or harvest data from the Service without our written permission.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload to ZenScroll ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content to the Service, you grant ZenScroll a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights necessary to share Your Content and that it complies with these Terms.

ZenScroll provides AI tools to help you create images, prompts, and other content. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated outputs. AI outputs may be inaccurate or unexpected; you should review them before publishing or relying on them.

You agree not to use ZenScroll's AI tools to generate content that violates the Acceptable Use rules above, including content that defames real people, infringes copyright, or produces harmful or illegal material.

The ZenScroll name, logo, software, and all design elements are owned by ZenScroll and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for Your Content and the rights expressly granted in these Terms, nothing in the Service transfers ownership of any ZenScroll intellectual property to you.

The Service integrates with third-party services such as Firebase Authentication (Google and Apple sign-in) and may link to other third-party content. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. ZenScroll is not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

You may stop using ZenScroll at any time and delete your account from the in-app Settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. ZenScroll does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenScroll and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in-app or by email before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZenScroll is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless required otherwise by mandatory local law.
