We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve ZenScroll.

a. Information You Provide

• Account Details – When you sign up with Google, Apple, or email, we receive your name, email address, and a unique identifier from your chosen sign-in provider.
• Content – Images, prompts, posts, and any other content you create, upload, or share through ZenScroll.
• Feedback or Support Messages – Anything you send us for troubleshooting, feedback, or account requests.

b. Information Collected Automatically

• Device Data – Device model, OS version, app version, IP address, and language.
• Usage Data – Screens viewed, features used, session time, and interaction logs.
• Diagnostics & Analytics – Anonymous crash reports and aggregate performance metrics.

c. Information From Device Permissions

• Camera and Photos – Accessed only when you choose to upload or generate content. Selected images are used to create posts; we do not access or store your entire photo library.
• Notifications (optional) – For reminders, updates, and mindful prompts.

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the Service
• Generate and personalize AI content
• Improve app performance and user experience
• Respond to support requests
• Send optional updates, mindful prompts, or feature announcements
• Maintain security and prevent abuse

We do not sell or rent your data to advertisers or data brokers.

ZenScroll uses Firebase Authentication (Google and Apple sign-in) and our own email/password authentication. When you sign in with a third-party provider, that provider shares a limited profile (name, email, avatar, and a unique identifier) with us. Your provider password is never shared with ZenScroll.

ZenScroll may show limited, non-intrusive ads based on app context, not on your personal browsing history.

Analytics tools help us understand app performance in aggregate, not to track individual users.

We may share limited information only when necessary:

• Service Providers – Hosting, analytics, and payment processors under strict confidentiality.
• Legal Compliance – When required by law, subpoena, or government request.
• Business Transfers – In the event of a merger or acquisition, with equivalent privacy safeguards.

We retain user data only as long as needed to provide the Service or comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and all associated content at any time.

You can:

• Access, update, or delete your account in-app.
• Revoke camera, photo, or notification permissions from your device settings.
• Request full data deletion by contacting support@zen-scroll.com.

Residents of the EU, UK, or California may have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA, including access, correction, and portability. We honor those requests as required by law.

We use industry-standard encryption, HTTPS, and secure authentication to protect your data in transit and at rest.

No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we continuously monitor and improve our safeguards.

ZenScroll is intended for users 13 years or older.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

If a parent or guardian believes their child has provided information, contact us immediately at support@zen-scroll.com for removal.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically.

If changes are material, we will notify you in-app or by email before they take effect. The "Effective Date" above reflects the latest version.
